On occasion of its 15th anniversary, Miss Read launched a manifesto series, starting with this publication. Since the series will release a new book annually, it made sense to choose a monochromatic palette that reflects the event’s evolving identities. Designed in two shades of green ink, this book aligns with the 2023 Miss Read graphics.

The design will remain consistent throughout the series, with VTC Garibaldi used for the cover and short texts. Designed by Vocal Type, this typeface draws inspiration from anti-fascist historical materials, resonating with the project's concept. For the body text, Minion Pro was selected—highly legible and ideal for long-form reading.
